Attorneys and Sentencing

You are here: Home / Sentence Mitigation / Attorneys and Sentencing

October 6, 2020 By Michael Santos

We spoke with Diane Bass, a defense attorney that practices in Orange County, California. Diane has decades of experience working in federal court.

Sadly, the statistics are not promising for any person that faces charges in federal court. If federal prosecutors bring charges against a person, the person should begin preparing for sentencing.

We’ve worked with Diane since 2017, assisting her in preparing clients for the best possible outcome. In the brief video below, Diane responds to our question about what steps people should take if they don’t feel confident in preparing for the sentencing hearing.

In this clip, Diane talks about the Residential Drug Abuse Program. If a person wants to qualify for that program that can potentially advance a release date, the person must prepare before the presentence investigation report.

You can click the link below to watch the entire 17-minute video interview with Orange County Defense Attorney Diane Bass.
