Sadly, the statistics are not promising for any person that faces charges in federal court. If federal prosecutors bring charges against a person, the person should begin preparing for sentencing.

We’ve worked with Diane since 2017, assisting her in preparing clients for the best possible outcome. In the brief video below, Diane responds to our question about what steps people should take if they don’t feel confident in preparing for the sentencing hearing.

In this clip, Diane talks about the Residential Drug Abuse Program. If a person wants to qualify for that program that can potentially advance a release date, the person must prepare before the presentence investigation report.
