Want answers on release dates?

Start Using Your Time-Off Calculator

Our team at Resilient Courses created a calculator to give our clients a better understanding of release dates.

Sure, your judge may have sentenced you to a specific number of months. Yet with credits for good behavior, for earned time, and for RDAP, it’s confusing to know how much time you’ll serve.

Not any more!

We’ve built a calculator to give you a better sense of what to expect. It’s simple to use.

  1. Enter the numbers of months of your federal sentence.
  2. If your federal sentence is longer than 12 months, click the Yes radio button. If your sentence length is 12 months or less, click the No radio button.
  3. Click the Yes radio button if you will qualify for RDAP. Click the No radio button if you will not qualify for RDAP.
  4. Press Calculate Now

Your calculator will automatically compute an estimate of how much time you should expect to serve, before you transfer to a residential reentry center.

DISCLAIMER: Please consider these estimates as projections. Many factors determine release dates, including successful program completion, disciplinary infractions, and to some extent, program availability.

If all goes your way, you can use these estimates as a good guide on what to project for your release date.
